Established in 1993, Management Training Consultants is a Learning and Development company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The company is owned and run by Terry-Lynn Zietsman who designs, trains and facilitates programmes on a national and international basis.

Terry believes that each individual is unique and needs to be treated as such. She believes that people need to be encouraged to make use of their full potential and understand the value of being self-aware, self-accepting and self-accountable.

The importance of a positive attitude, humility, enthusiasm and self-motivation are traits she values and are her keys to individual success and happiness.
