I’m sure many of you are feeling as I am quite stunned that the year is almost over and the festive
season is just around the corner. Supermarket shelves are already laden with Christmas puddings,
cakes, gifts and goodies.
For many, me included, 2012 has been an interesting year with highlights and lowlights. It has been a year
of change, of challenges, of joy and sadness, of growth and most importantly of learning.
As my last newsletter for 2012, I would like to share my learnings with you in quotations.
